Trouble with work permit B

Post new topic

wafourie

Hi,

My partner is in Brussels (he is a Belgian citizen). I have applied for a job through my company for a position in Belgium and I got the job. Now they are having trouble with my work permit type B because I do not have a Bachelor's Degree.....

Is there any way of getting a work permit without a Bachelor's Degree???

We would prefer to live together to make sure it works before getting married and applying for a visa under co-habitation takes up to 3 months.....

Is there anyone who can help or give advise???

thank you!

wait, what is 3 months of your life?

The 3 month wait is not the problem. They want me to start 1st September. So 3 moths for a Visa will be a problem.

I would happily wait 3 months if it means i still have the job.....

Well even if you went for co-hab and got a visa immediately, it would I believe still take 5 months from arrival to get the all clear to get your residency approved so you could work work permit free.
