Greetings all. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any professional style cooking schools in the Puerto Plata vicinity?I have a friend who works as a cook, does not have chef title, but would like to further his skills by taking some recreational classes to improve various cooking skills. I was told there was a school once upon a time, but it seems they are not operating any longer. I would appreciate any info on any schools or teachers in the Puerto Plata vicinity, thanks.

Thanks Planner was hoping there would be another one or perhaps any individual chef teaching classes. I heard there is one in Santiago, but I do not know If it is a chef training degree school or if they offer recreational classes.
