I Have been offered a job from atlas transport, contracting and mechanical services co wll. The offer's t&c are as follows
Post: Manager
Monthly salary:700BD
Period of Employement:2 years
Working hours: 8hrs/6days a week
Overtime: As per bahrain labour law
Air ticket: After contract completion return ticket to be provided by company
Accomodation, water and electricity: Provided by company
Transport:Provided by company
Medical/insurance: As per bahrian labour law
Gratuity: As per bahrain labour law
Food: Inclusive in salary
Other terms and condition: As per bahrain labour law

I am married and have a small kid of 2 years. I want to know whether this offer is good. I want to save around 450 bd per month.

You need to have

vacation flights home for you and family
Bonus
Negotiate higher salary - never accept first offer
Schooling to be paid by employer or at least a percentage of it
Make sure tax is included in your property (10% of rental value)
Ask them for a full document of Bahrain law so you totally understand it.

In addition, also check what type of medical cover your company provides. Wll it be a medical insurance for you and family. What hospitals can the medical cover be used in? Just saying "As per Bahrain Labour Law" is a little ambiguous to me.

If your accommodation is being taken care of by your employer, your only expenses will be food, car (if you decide to get one) and incidentals. You should be able to save per your plan. Just ensure that the accomodation they provide is suitable for a family.
