Are there any Americans currently teaching and living in Fujairah? What is the cost of living there?

Hi we are living in Fujairah, my husband is a teacher and lived in USA for a year and currently works with a Texan Lady (also a teacher)
The cost of living depends on what you want e.g luxury, family, one person etc.

Hotel suite to live in with all bills and cleaning included and furnished is $2000 per month

Villas are hard to come by in Fujairah but are unfurnished and don't include bills.

Shopping is around the same price.
