Can anyone help me find a Korean teacher?

Hello everyone.
I was excited to find that dalian has lots of schools that offer Japanese and Korean classes, so I started taking classes. However, most of the schools here only teach beginner level Korean, and don't teach intermediate. I have finished the two beginner classes that I have found, but because their aren't enough students to open an intermediate level class, they never offer it.
Can anyone help me to find a Korean teacher willing to teach me one on one? I can speak English fluently (being American) and my Chinese is pretty decent. So if the teacher can't speak English that is okay. My Korean isn't quite at the conversational level yet.
I would also like to learn Japanese, but my Japanese is near nonexistent.
So if anyone can help me find a Korean or Japanese teacher, I will love you forever, haha
