He, DDA expacts. Again here asking for your kind advise..
Since I really need to learn Chinese, I am searching for a school. I have checked some online(like Smile Chinese School...) and found the tuition fee a little high up for my budget.
Can any soulmate here in the forum advise me a school with reasonable fee and quality?
Thanks

Christine

Hi wilkor,

Welcome on Expat-blog! :)

I hope other members will be able to advise you some schools where you can learn Chinese for a reasonable price.

Wish you good luck,
Christine

There was one girl, she gave me a private course for 100 RMB per session (1,5 hour/session back in 2008), if there are 3 person in a session only cost 150 RMB per session. This method is better because she would come to our place without any additional charge. Me and some of my friends found her by chance when she was advertising herself as an english teacher in front of a shop near ZhongShan Square. Maybe you can also try to look for this kind of service if you like to have a private chinese teacher.

thank you, aliz.
Maybe I will try that. Now I live in DDA, so it will be a little difficult to commute to downtown,so will try this method in my area. thanks again and good luck.

Hi Kim,
If you want to have a tutor, you can try to post ads around universities there, like Dalian University and Dalian Nationality University. Students usually have lots of free time and some of them are dying for opportunities to practice English or any other second languages. And they are patient and careful.

And about language schools,
1.    Zigong Chinese language school, 0411 87539705, you can have a free trial there.
2.    Aushi Language training school  aushi.com.cn/
Room 1402, No 4, Yifeng Modern City(Xiandaicheng), DDA     Tel: +86(411)87539479

Again, they are all from my internet search, the quality and price need your feedback and maybe you can also offer advice for the followers.

hey I study at dawai university of foreign languages, the course have different speeds, so you can choose,
anyway the teachers are good, and the price not really high..one semester 7000 rmb and two semesters 10500 rmb, so if you what to find out more and maybe try a class, the school is in zhongshan district and everybody knows it, if you take the bus 23 to the first stop it will take you half a block away
