I have accepted a teaching post in Dalian and want to bring my wife and daughter here. I cannot afford International School fees as I only get paid RMB 5000 a month. Are there any self help home schooling schemes in Dalian or can my daughter attend a state Chinese primary school? It would certainly help her future to speak fluent Chinese.

Hi, in my mind your daughter can attend the state primary school. just come to the state primary school to ask for infomation. I have seen foreign kid in state primary school.
