Does TESL Canada have any recognition in HCMC and is a 250 hour course(with practicum) have anymore weight than a plain old 120 hour certificate?

I'd be interested to know how they offer the 20hours practicum anywhere in the world....

But seriously don't bother with online courses, there aren't many places that will accept them.

TESL Canada is well recognized worldwide. Most Standard 1 courses are also accredited by CELTA/Trinity, most Standard 2 courses are offered by Canadian universities, and all Standard 3 courses are MA programs. The Practicum must be supervised by an experienced and certified teacher and all reports and lesson plans must be moderated by the course provider. Go to tesl.ca for more information.

I have a Certificate IV in TESOL, that was 5 months online and 2 weeks full time in a TAFE College in Adelaide in Australia.
Best thing I think that this course is certified through the Australian Government.
That gives you 300 hours in Total.
And the Practicum at the end is 2 weeks full time. With 4 Supervised Lessons, and plenty of classes to help with Teaching.
