Witnesses for Civil Partnership in Hanoi

Hi everyone. Bit of an unusual one here. My Thai partner and I will be in Hanoi in October to complete our Civil Partnership at the UK Embassy. We need two witnesses to be there with us and it seems too far to invite friends and family from Thailand for a brief signing (there is no ceremony for a CP!)

We were wondering if there are a couple of guys or girls, maybe in a relationship yourself, who could come and do this for us, date to be confirmed. We would buy you some beers as a thank you for your time.
