Interview tips for Kuwaiti run companies requested

Howdy, I will be arriving in a few weeks in Kuwait to join my expat husband and have several interviews set up with Kuwaiti owned and operated companies (insurance) upon my arrival. Are there any tips you can share as to things to be aware of during the interview? I hae already visited Kuwait and am aware of surface differences.

The insurance business in Kuwait is not really mature for a start. If you have came from the same field of expertise, you will have much more advantages.

As far as an interview tip goes, specially if you are meeting with a Kuwaiti. Most important thing is to establish a nice conversation before you get started, take 10 minutes to talk about the weather or anything you like about Kuwait.

That's my personal opinion.

That is a good point. I am used to the US way. Right to the point. I had been told I should chit chat more first when meeting Kuwaiti people, so I will work on that skill.
