Good afternoon,

I'm a non-EU national and have recently got unlimited residence permit (valid 5 years) after a 3 yr stay in Belgium on the basis of a work permit. The city hall mentioned that I won't need a work permit anymore. Does that mean I can change my current employer and join a new one without the need of a new WP?

What are the the other benefits of unlimited residency?

Thanks to all

Normaly if you have a 5 year residents card yes

@solexhonda: hopefully you can read my reply. Just for clarification on your post last year, you got an unlimited residence permit after you were granted 3 consecutive work permits? Thanks.
