Private message system not activated..please assist

James

Hello Nishvitha,

There are hundreds of posts about activating the private message system. If you had read any one of those you'd already know that you must participate in the forums in order to ACTIVATE the system all by yourself.

When you got the error message that your message had not been sent, didn't you understand what it meant? It too explained what you need to do in order to activate it.

Also, the more you participate the larger the capacity of your mailboxes becomes.

Thank you for your advice but i have already done that. I was able to send them initially but later was unable to do it as a reason had to ask a query for the same and moreover i was not aware of   frequent participation.

Thanks,
Nishvitha
