I just recieved this feed on my Facebook page If you can help PLEASE do
If someone speaks Kurdish / knows someone who speaks Kurdish in Cambodia, please contact 010609611. It is urgent, people are trying to assist a Kurdish Syrian guy who has just lost all his family members in an accident in Veal Veng. He does not know anyone and does not speak any other language but Kurdish.

I know this is too late, but the owner of Empire Shisha in Siem Reap speaks Kurdish, his number can be googled. Perhaps this information may be of help in the future.
