Hi,

Myself and my business partner are currently in Siem Reap looking to potentially start up a business here.

We are looking either for land just out side of the town center at least 100sqm priced at no more than $500 per month rental with good road access.

Or we would like to find a decent sized old guest house / building in town which we could refurbish into modern apartments ideally with a land rental price no more than $1000 per month.

Any info would be much appreciated.
