Dear Friends,

I am staying in KSA with my family from last one year. My family is outside Kingdom for vacation with 6+ months exit Re entry visa. Now I have a good job offer for Qatar and planning to leave my current company.

Can someone knows the local ministry rule regarding exit in my case? Can I file final exit even my family is not present in kingdom or they must have to return back to kingdom and then file exit?

Thanks for your advise.

Best regards,

Your family has to come back, get the final exit stamped and leave. If they don't, they'll be banned to get any KSA visa for 2 yrs.

If the drawback is not important for you, you may get your exit KSA and let the family stay wherever they are now.

THANKS FOR THE INFO.

But someone told me that the info about family visa will be available in the system until the ikama validity. After expiration of our ikamas, it is possible to come back in KSA also.

Not coming back on the exit re-entry visa is an offense and the penalty is black-listing that happens automatically in their systems.
