Exit Re-entry and New Visa

Post new topic

Dear Expat Gurus,

I am from Pakistan and have beenn working in kingdom from last 11 months. My contract is for 2 years and my iqama valid till Feb.

Now i am going on vacation and no plan to come back to the same company because of low salary. I am negotiating with 2-3 companies for the job and better salary.

If i go exit/re entry can i come to kingdom back on new visa after my iqama expire in Feb? or do i have to wait for 2 years?
What the current law says for Pakistani citizens?

Can i go to other GCC country like Qatar or UAE on employment visa after 1-2 months?

You'll have to wait for 2 yrs starting from the date your iqama expires in Feb 2014. An autmatic ban will apply.

You can, however, consider jobs in other GCC countries.

Thanks for you reply? What do you suggest? Should i talk to my Manager / Kafeel that i want to go on exit or should i keep quite and take vacations?

In case if i tell them i want to go on exit. Would they allow? because i have not completed two years contract? or would they ask for money in penalty?
