Hi, everybody,
I am amare alemu from Ethiopia. I am a health professional.
I want to know more about on how to live and work in Australia.

First thing to do is to check out www.immi.gov.au   

This is the government immigration website which will give you all the information regarding visas and how to apply.

Your best options would be to explore a skilled migration visa, either sponsored or independent.

As far as I know there is no migration option available for health professional until and unless you have got your education from Australia. So, the option available to you is either come to Australia and redo your studies again or
find a sponsor who can provide you a job in Australia.

Sponsor does not have to be from health field. Even a restaurant can sponsor you.
So, all you need is to find someone you know who have business is Australia to sponsor you as a worker in his business.

The other option is investing.
If you can invest 1.5 Million AUD, you can get residency instantly.
