Is there anybody knows specific information about importing a car from Dubai to Saudi Arabia?
What is Dubai Customs fees and paper work requirements?
and is it possible to pay the duty 5% there so no need to pay it at SA border. So I get the "customs statement" and show it to SA officers.

I know this is apply for the new cars models 2012,13,14 you can get the statment witout paying and just show it to SA officers.
But according to Dubai Customs information center when I called them they said it can be, just I need to pay the duty at DC because the car is 2009. So I want to make sure.

I want to ship the car and I think I will let Albassamy company ship it, if you know better companies please let me know?

Do you know how can I make an authorization letter from court to the shipment company, how long it takes? how much it cost?
I will have a soon visit to Dubai and I want to be prepared.

I already placed an ad in classifieds and looking for 2009 GCC BMW 530I. Appreciate your help. By the way, I'm checking dubizzle.com but got no luck so far.
