Where can I change my US100 dollar bills 1981 series. They don't have watermark or other security features?

Either try at a bank or at a local money changer office (users in Dammam can post addresses), but I don't think that will be possible here as the notes are so old.

If they don't accept them here, the only way to do it would be do it in the US. If you don't go there often, give them to a friend/colleague who is going on holiday.
