Same with friends in Australia, they are told and wait up to a year and more.

With friends in the UK, it's been more productive to come to Malta for a week and go and do it yourself here, and you will have it delivered to you in the UK within about three weeks (if you push them).

Hi there, it does take a while when applying. My father is Maltese and I was born in Australia. Mine was pretty much done in a few weeks.  My children it was different. Theirs took 18 months to be registered. I know of 2 other people and they have still not come through after 1 year.

Thank you for replies, I'm in UK now but moving to malta in feb, although i did submit them in malta as london told me if submitted in malta you get priority. Just have to wait and see i suppose thanks again x
