Tired all the time since in Kuwait

I know this is a bit random but I'm wondering if it's just me or does anyone else feel really tired since they've arrived in Kuwait? I am usually someone who's always on the go and I have been feeling pretty wrecked since I arrived here 4 months ago.
First, I thought it was the heat, the change of routine, etc but now all that is pretty much gone or settled down, and I can't seem to be able to shake the general sluggishness...
Just wondering if I'm suffering from some mysterious Kuwaiti illness or if it's just the whole adapting to new life-thing that's killing me... I've moved countries before but never experienced this before.

It’s the country - a pervasive lethargic atmosphere - especially if you are single.  You just have to fight it by going out and doing things even the gym for an hour or two.  Contact your Embassy and they might be able to put you in contact with others.  Go to a random talk at one of the Universities. Consider it exploring thngs that you have never done before or do again.  There are active groups like the Caribbean community organised out of the Jamaican embassy. Do an online doctorate. My family is now here and I take my 1 1/2 year to different parks.

When I came here the first thing I noticed is that I was sleeping like a baby...and I used to suffer from occasional insomnia attacks. :)

That changed a bit though, in the end I don't think it is the place, it is the setting and the state of mind you are in at the moment. Personally, I need to snap out of the sleep-work-eat-relax routine, and get more physically active which is always a challenge in Kuwait. I know it works wonders for me.

Just to be clear, I am doing all that you describe, I am not usually the type to sit down and do nothing, I'm usually always out and about, always trying to have something to do, but these days, I just don't seem to have the energy for it all...

Thanks, Ribosom.
I'm doing a fair bit of exercise too, so should not feel so sluggish but I'm as dead as a dodo in the afternoons, which was when I usually had the most energy... I do hope this change soon, it's starting to make me feel miserable.
But a few other expats have also said to me they feel very tired since here, so I wanted to see if it's a general thing out there...

Its all about the weather and heat that drains you. AC is a major problem to most of the people, but its inevitable, cant live without unfortunately
