I am an artist looking to purchase matt board and frame moulding for art projects. Any idea where I can get these?

You haven't chosen to list your location...
There is a one called Guilá in Moravia near the new Lincoln Plaza mall, and one a few blocks east of the ARCR office. Some in other areas as well but I don't know where, sorry.
In Escazu, there is the Art Depot

Yes I know of Guila, but they've changed their name to Artea. We live in Playa Hermosa on the West Coast.
