English-speaking children?

I posted on here some time ago about trying to meet families with English-speaking children with the hope of finding some playmates for our two boys (3.5 and 8mos), and help with their English development.

I am English and my wife is Norwegian and we are trying to raise them in a strictly bilingual environment... I speak English, she speaks Norwegian, family language is English so they can hear adult English conversation.

The 3.5yr old speaks very good English although is sometimes reluctant to do so to anyone who understands Norwegian, myself included!! He is fluent when in the UK or when speaking with my family.

If there are any English-speaking families out there who may like to get their children together with ours, please feel free to get in touch!!

Hi,

sent you a message as we have a 4 year old and are always interested in meeting other English/Norwegian bilingual families. :)
