fresh iqama issuance problem

Post new topic

Assalam u alaikum,  I have completed 6 months in saudi Arabia,  I came on a free visa and the company from which I bought, has been closed. I have a job ready to take transfer but failed to do so as I don't obtain iqama and I was told that transfer on passport isn't possible.
I have made number of visits to the middle man but he keep on trapping me by saying he will get my iqama done next week. Now I am very much worried because I have to go back india or have to get iqama. I couldn't even approach indian embassy as I was relying on the middleman and was trusting him to the core. Now fingers crossed,  I have to get work around on my own. Please I request you people to suggest me something that I could do in order to obtain iqama or get a final exit. I don't want to get banned.

You have to visit the labour office (Ministry of Labor) and ask them for assistance in obtaining the final exit.

I can clearly see that your iqama processing won't be possible, the middle man is just playing around and wasting your time while you've already got illegal now.

Thank you so much TheLegendLeads but don't i get a banned on my passport if I approached labor office?
