These 12 Wise Habits are picked and applied in primary school in Chiang Mai and it works effectively for children.
Always keep these 12 Wise Habit in your mind. Once you succeeded, you'll never be lost again.

1. Using the senses wisely (‘Indriyasamvara’)
2. Knowing the right amount (‘Mattannuta’)
3. Not harming (‘Awihimsa’)
4. Being patient and tolerant (‘Khanti’)
5. Desiring knowledge, truth and goodness (‘Chanda’)
6. Being truthful (‘Sacca’)
7. Persevering (‘Wiriya Chakriyanuyok’)
8. Being generous (‘Caga’)
9. Being kind and compassionate (‘Brahmavihara’)
10.Being mindful and alert (‘Sati’)
11.Being calm and focused (‘Samathi’)
12.Applying the mind skilfully (‘Yonisomanasikara’)

Hi there,

Only one and last 12th point has been used in Myanmar by the buddhist .  All  the 10 points from 2 to 11 are not used to understand Buddhism in Burma.
