working with consultant

i am a web developer now i am working with some company. 2 days back a guy consulting company named sigma-it services called me and said one of his client need a web-developer and he looked at my profile and ready to offer me a job.
but the issue is he told me my kafala and payroll with that consulting company but i will be outsourced for client and agreed to 8000sar/mo.
the question is
is it good to accept job from consulting company?( i have valid papers and everything.the company i am working right now is good in all means,i want to skip only for pay-scale. i asked for appraisal but it didn't work out )
will there be any problems?

Since how long you've been working in your current company? Will they agree to release you?

i have been working with this company for 1 year.
they will not agree and i dont know how to make them agree

I assume your employer is in green in Nitaqat. If he is, you'll have to wait to complete 2 yrs with him. Check out this: http://www.redyellow.com.sa/Nitaqat/Abo … tatus.aspx

And then after you do that, you'll need to obtain their consent to transfer.
