Hello everybody,

I am also looking for some friends to hang out, i am mauritian, 23 years old.

Hi,

Are you still living in Mauritius and if so how are you finding it?

i am a British born Mauritian and I am coming over in June for 4 weeks and would love to meet up with some british or other expats.

I am also a freshly qualified teacher and am thinking of teaching English with the British council.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated or would be happy to meet for lunch if your free during June.

Regards
Natasha

Mauritians are very friendly  and not very difficult to make friends. If you are looking for expats as friends, you can go to Santosha refuge in Tamarin. They have jam ups every Sunday evenings and you can make a lot of Mauritian and expat friends.

Cheers
Terence
