Looking for a shared proper flat

Hey there!!
I've just been relocated from sg to Beijing 3 days ago. I've lived in Australia before that.
Looking for a shared proper flat near Guomao/Sanlitun--the problem here in the CBD is the places are really really not well -maintained and with the same budget i'd rather probably do a flat sharing with some of you hopefully;)
Also, it would be cool to hang out with you peeps :)

I suggest you to post an advert in the section housing in Beijing which might surely help.
