Good day , I will like to know what is the meaning of "Employment visa is not valid" from the LMRA.

Your visa is no longer valid and needs to be renewed.

Your visa may have expired and your employer may have not renewed it. Speak to the HR department at work or speak to the LMRA themselves if you're sure you are still legally resident in Bahrain.
