just a quick count, how many retirees live in ( either dooing little or volunteer work- no pay) Vn as opposed to people earning an income

I'm retired, just moved here. Still trying to settle in.......I have zero plans on working here. I am contacting my technology contact to get some technology donations for the orphanage In the govap district.......but that is later thus year....now in relaxing looking for a GF

Good luck, I am having a little trouble sorting the details, permits are the main 1 residency card without wife, hope that will sort when I get there , will be back in Feb hopefully, take care and enjoy, it's a great country
