M looking for job as a bartender , customer service and market research interviewer, if any body has any link or info just past , and remember m not local but holding spouse visa.

Don't forget you still need permission from immigration to work stamped on your LTSVP (no such thing as a spouse visa) and they might not approve you being a barman for obvious reasons! The other main issue is convincing employers you can be employed as many never heard about the process.

Just go along to the bars where you think you might like to work and ask to see the Manager - or go to shopping malls and look for the vacancy notices outside the bars and restaurants. You will have lots of competition, as most of the jobs are done by foreign works who get paid RM1500 per month (max - usually RM1000-1200 plus tips) to work long and tiring hours. I guess as you mention you have a spouse visa it could be a dependent's pass and your partner is on an employment pass and a foreigner. If this is the case, I believe the rule still applies which says you have to be paid a minimum salary of RM5k per month. There are a couple of bartenders I know who are expats, but they also manage the bar or restaurant as well, including stock, staff, etc.
