Hi Friends,

I am looking for advise from someone who has gone through the Talent Pass (RP-T).
In the document required checklist they mentioned that
1. Employment contract, duly stamped by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (Inland Revenue Board Of Malaysia) is required; can anyone advise what's the process to get my employment contract stamped from LHDN.
2. Testimonials - Can my releasing letter be considered?

Will appreciate if someone can give me clarity over above mentioned points.

Regards,
Amit

Hi there,

I did it a few months ago. It's a slow process - all up it took nearly 3 months!

Have you registered on https://www.myxpats.com.my yet?
They've got an online chat where you can ask them questions and they always reply - very helpful.
For the verified contract, ask your current employer - they should have something stamped by the Inland Revenue already and this should be enough.
For a testimonial you really need a glowing reference from your current manager - talent passes are really hard to get so you want the best possibly supporting documentation.
Best of luck!

Thanks Kiwin. Appreciate it.
