Dear Sir,
i am working in Riyadh. i complete only 9 month in Saudi Arabia i have 2 year contract but now i got a very good offer from the other company i want to change this company please tell me what is the processor and if company will not give me NOC then how i can change my company please send to me details Thanks

First ask the new company they will give a letter for your current company and if your company will accept they will release you, otherwise it will be difficult to go on to new job,

Case 1:- You need approval from your present company. If not and you try to do something, they might put you in trouble, if it is a saudi based company.
Case 2:- If your new company can give you working visa, then make a serious excuse or reason to leave saudi. then return saudi with your new visa from new company. Even if you return with new visa, your old company cannot do anything, coz you left and entered legally.
Case 3:- If your new company can accept your transfer, you can spend some 10-15K SAR to get transferred in different way. But remember one thing, as you signed a contract under your existing company you might can easily fall in trouble if they come to know this.
The best option is Case 1 and 2,
