A OIL&GAS TELECOM ENGINNER WITH A OFFER TO WORK IN THE UAE.

Hi, my friends.

I've just received an offer from a private consultant firm to work as a Sr. telecom engineer in the oil and gas industri in abu dhabi, but they only offer me 8500 US$ net salary.

all expenditures (housing, college for my 2 kids, furniture, food, air tickets, transportation, etc) for me and my family must be covered by my own, do you think that is a good offer or is NOT ENOUGH to live in a decent manner in this city?

Please help me to evaluate this opportunity!!

I take it the offer of $8500.00 is per month ??

I personally do not think it is enough if you have a lot of other outgoings

You can live a decent life but Im afraid you cant save anything. housing and schooling are expensive here.
