Has the ferry service resumed yet and if not anyone heard when they might start up again?

Yes, They closed from 22 - Jan. They will open again, but i dont know when..maybe need to wait

I heard my cousin living in Vungtau said that the ferry would re-open on 5 February (mung 6 Tet). However, the police is still doing some investigation before it can re-open. So, not quite sure yet!

The shops in Yersin st open on the 6th, guess every is the same, half of Ben Than is not there either
