In Mosta, on Malta, there have been a series of cruel animal killings, usually cats that are crucified and placed on a church door. Here is a CCTV clip showing the perpetrator. He first appears and disappears during first few seconds. He then reappears on the ledge, top left, doing what appears to be carrying a crucified cat. The image quality is poor but if anyone recognises him, you know what to do.

Of course by putting this online he will know he is under surveillance.
I’m also wondering if he does this according to the phases of the moon or any other timing connections? Serious question as there could be a link and it could indicate when to set up observers.

am not sure anyone will recognise him from this footage - this psycho is cleverer than to be caught by this - hes probably wearing a mask .. and not his normal style of clothes.... all designed to mislead

I read about a dog being crucified a couple of months ago, thought it was just a one-off.On a different note, there always seems to be someone setting fire to cars in the news.Looks like Malta has its fair share of nutters.

I think these are exceptions to the rule. Mind you I would suggest that some crime goes undetected because it's not investigated. However, we find it a very safe place to live, a lot more so than UK.

Agreed Toon and as this has been going on for some time, it's a shame they cannot use better cameras.
That footage would never be accepted as 'good enough' evidence in the UK.

this cat and dog killing has been ongoing for over two years
