How much does it cost can anyone tell me and what is the procedure ....thank you any links would help if you cant be bothered typing lol

The procedure is simple - prepare the ownership documents, insurance (Grajdanska otgovornost) and go to Traffic police HQ (KAT) - Iztok. Then either go by the procedure yourself ot since you probably do not speak Bulgarian, address one of the agents before the entrance - there are several small cabins, just choose one. The agent will cost you between 50 and 100 lv. per vehicle, but might save you lots of problems. The registration fee is not high, probably around 70 lv.
That's it. Although, you can drive with your current plates too. Basically no difference.
