Extension of Saudi Exit-Reentry visa

My son who is a student in Ukraine has got his Exit -Reentry Visa expiring within a week.As he has got to take his semester exams and practicals he won't be able to come to Saudi.Kindly advice how to extend his visa in his absence.

Its good if he can approach the Saudi embassy in your country for an extension with its reason. Hope he gets it extended.
