Dear Mr. Wilfred,
You need to apply for Canadian visa first , maybe you can go there as a student or a work permit. Once you complete your three years there then you shall apply for citizenship. Once you are entitled citizenship of Canada you can always apply for all the defense jobs there. But I suggest you shall also give a try for French defense forces that shall be more easier and better
