What the heck are the standards for weights and measures in Belize? I think they use gallons for gasoline and miles for road distances, but what do they use for cooking? Ounces and pounds or the metric system? What about for building houses, feet and inches or the metric system? Is there anywhere I can get the actual standards for all weights and measures?

As you are from the USA, you will find it easy as they use the same measurements as you do there. Like most countries though, some things will come as metric because their country of origin is a metric country.
