Hi,

As a tourist in a foreign country, very often, we are enchanted with what we discover.

Living abroad is different. It's a rich experience but there are also some difficulties to face.

When people ask me for advice on living abroad, I then tend to say that one should also look at both sides of the postcard.

As an expat in Malta, how would you describe the two sides of your Maltese postcard?

Thank you for sharing your experience,

Julien

If I told you Julien, I would be derided, yet again, for having rose tinted glasses.
But............................how you interpret the comments depends upon your mindset.
It's just the way it is; choose to accept...............or not.

Toon

acceptable  - not aceptable

georgeingozo

tearnet

Toon

potholes and  errrrrr potholes

johnnymalta

It's like two bald men fighting over a comb.  But at the same time friendly

I just assumed that you wouldn't be able to think of anything to put on the other side of a postcard !

Silly me. :dumbom:

No, it's a new one. It's a valid observation too seeing as politics here permeates every layer of life. Just an observation.
