Hi Mansoor

You have to apply through MOI portal for the relatives who are going to visit you..
then you will have a unique reference number for the process to check later if accepted..
Once accepted, print out the information from the "print" button and give the papers to your company's moaqib to continue further steps either electronically or by visiting Passports Affairs..

It may take from 2-3 weeks to 8 weeks till you receive an status update of acceptance or rejection.
