We are moving to David shortly from Vancouver Canada.
We are hoping someone can help us with the steps needed to bring our cats into Panama. Ther is lots of info regarding oming from the US but not from Canada. What vet forms are needed and do they have to be sent to the Panamainian Consulate first?

Yes, this can be tricky, but here is some great information.
Yes, copies of all forms need to go to the Consulate first.
Panama is the hardest country in Central America to get animals to, so just remember patience and thinking of it as a step by step process is best.

The first is the USDA site - please read over the directions.

The second is a blog of every step it takes to get animals down here. It discusses dogs, but you can exchange it for cats.

The same types of information apply for Canada as they do the US
