Poor signal from Maxis

I live on the 30th floor of a building which is less than 1 KM from the Maxis Head office in KLCC but unable to get 3G signal. Also voice quality is poor and even SMS do not get delivered at times. Have been working with Maxis to resolve the problem but without success.

Considering the possibility of transferring to Celecom but not sure if the problem will get resolved.

What about going downstairs to make your calls? I know it's inconvenient but it might just work...

Sorry, yeah Maxis should really have an explanation. Ridiculous that being so close to KLCC and the signal is so poor. Hope you get it sorted out.
