Family visa for computer Network technician. please guide me

Hello friends ,

Our Admin is in vacation and I am trying for the family visa process with my colleagues but they are not sure about the documents required for the process.

I have the following documents.

1 Application form filled by our boss
2 Iqama Photo copy
3 Passport photo copy
4 Bachelors degree certificate   attested by chamber of commerce and embassy and translated in arabic
5 Marriage certificate attested. and translated in arabic
6 my wife passport copy.
7 offer letter

Education - BCA Bachelor of computer applications 3 years graduation .from Osmania  University Hyderabad India.

My profession in Iqama - Computer network technician

Clarify this below 2 questions

Letter of salary and occupation ratification from chamber of commerce  what is the process for getting this done and how much time it takes.

Do I need to register my certificate in Saudi council of engineers ... some body says this  I am not sure because I have not done engineering I am a 3 year bachelor degree holder. aslo my profession in iqama is computer network technician. please guide me.
