Cat needs neutered.

Anybody know of a competent veterinarian in town where I can take my cat "Mr. Bean" to have neutered? Having checked previous posts, Saigonpet in Dist. 2 looks promising but after checking their website which is worthless, and the expat post itself is nearly 3 yrs. old, thought it best to get updated info from somebody. BTW, saigonpet.com is an expired domain.....not the best way to conduct a professional business. Also, no address was given for Dist. 2. Thanks in advance people.

Dr. Nghia at Saigon Pets in Dist. 2 appears to be the one I will take Mr. Bean to, after scanning the internet. I will report the experience later.
