You can found many boots brand on Red Sea mall..

There is a Boots in Heraa Mall, aside from the one in Mall of Arabia.

Mega Mall or is it called Serifa mall near Ikea

Unless Boots opened in the last few weeks there is not one in Mall of Arabia

There was one there last year, guess they closed down.  But there is definitely one in Heraa Mall.

The BOOTS store actually carried very little that was unique to the Saudi market, i think that i went there twice, but it wasn't worth the drive
