REGISTRATION PROCESS IN INDONESIA

Greetings!

Any body will help me in understanding the process of registration on a not for profit making organisation as part of an INGO in Indonesia. A comparison between different type of registration process will be more helpful to me.

Non profits are called Yayasan here in Indonesia.  You can start your research here:

For further information, just Google under these key words, cara mendirikan yayasan di Indonesia but what comes up will be in Bahasa Indonesia.

You are best advised to hire an attorney in undertaking the establishment of a Yayasan.
