Good day everyone, is anyone aware of the newly proposed Nha Trang road project 2020, or have any info pertaining to the new road running through the center of the tourist area of town?

Hi there,

haven't heard about a new road, but the go ahead has been given to redevelop the old airport starting next year. Will be turned into a "business park" with a few units, shops etc as well.

The only new road they are planning is one that links HON SEN through the mountain to the road that runs past the PAGODA.

The town center, I consider unlikely when considering who owns the houses. A new road somehow will be build near the Bien Than market. You see there all houses "for sale".
Maybe this one you mean.

they would be normally quite high ( big market to beach road, don't know the name), however, that street, I would not invest more than 2 years worth of rent
