Preparing for adjustment to the Abu Dhabi Summer Heat for Westerns!

Don't come in summer haha, only joking. Most places are air conditioned so indoors you will be fine, outdoors its the humidity that's hard to cope with so make sure u just keep hydrated I would say.

Thanks for the reply, yeah, I just got to bite the bullet I reckon, looking most likely to be in and around mid to end of July when I will be arriving, few hours in the sauna here in Ireland to prep I think;-)

Yeah you will hit the heat and humidity that time, ramadan too so nothing much will be open and happening anyway so you may be able to escape being out in the heat too often :-).

Hi Peter! It's already really hot here - I moved here about a month ago from Canada and it's really warm. The key is to drink loads of water and carry something that can double as a hand held fan!

Cheers, yeah It seems to be heating up, fair play, will just have to get the H20 on board, and kick back indoors a bit during the day!
